We need to do some maintenance work as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our systems.
Functions Impacted:
Balance Checks, Change MSN, Contract Suspension, EDR CDR transfer, Plan Change, Port-In, Port-Out, Rate Plan Change, Reactivation of Contract, Service Activation, Service Deactivation, Service Parameter Change, Sim Change, Top Up
Description: We are performing a maintenance activity due to which WME API services will not be available including provisioning and recharging, MNP and Rating. UDR, BIR and XSC processing will be delayed, queued. Daily business reports and resellers files to EMM will be delayed.
Impact: Potential Disruption
End User Impact: During the maintenance window, end users may be prevented from fetching their usage balances and performing recharges via TW customer's IT systems.
Balance enquiry via USSD, SMS will not be impacted by this activity. There will be no impacts to end user's access to mobile network services.
