Balance Checks, Change MSN, Contract Suspension, EDR CDR transfer, Plan Change, Port-In, Port-Out, Rate Plan Change, Reactivation of Contract, Service Activation, Service Deactivation, Service Parameter Change, Sim Change, Top Up

Description: We are performing a maintenance activity due to which WME API services will not be available including provisioning and recharging, MNP and Rating. UDR, BIR and XSC processing will be delayed, queued. Daily business reports and resellers files to EMM will be delayed.

Impact: Delays to Processing

End User Impact: There is a potential for services to be impacted during this planned maintenance window.

There will be no impacts to end users being able to use mobile network services.
