Description: During the indicated maintenance window there will be a brief disruption to end users voice and mobile data traffic as online charging requests are re-routed in the network.

Impact: Potential Disruption

End User Impact: 25% of voice calls originated by WME customers that have exceeded 4 minutes in call duration may be prematurely disconnected. An attempt to immediately reconnect the call will be successful.

25% of mobile data sessions from WME customers may experience a temporary disruption. Mobile handsets should retry immediately and will connect successfully to the network.
